Shipping Costs
For UPS ground service to the contiguous 48 states & DC, shipping costs are $6 per order plus 3% of the price of the total order. Orders of $150 and over shipped to the contiguous 48 states & DC are FREE SHIPPING!! Just choose FREE SHIPPING (over $150) when checking out. There are absolutely no exceptions to the free shipping policy. All free shipping orders are shipped UPS Ground.

Call 877.878.9349 for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico orders and for expedited shipping. Or, you can choose the Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico - $0 option when checking out and we'll contact you for approval on the shipping price.

Shipping Locations
We only ship to the United States and Puerto Rico. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO AP, APO AE, or FPO AP addresses.

Shipping Methods
All orders are sent UPS Ground unless you have called to arrange for expedited shipping. Call 877.87.9349 to arrange for expedited shipping.

Shipping Times
Orders placed before noon on Tuesday through Friday will be shipped the same day and orders placed after noon on Tuesday through Friday will be shipped the following business day (business days are Monday through Friday). All Monday orders will be shipped on Tuesday. Weekend orders are shipped on Monday. We do not ship on Christmas Day, Christmas Eve, New Year's Day, New Year's Eve, Thanksgiving Day or the 4th of July.

NOTE: At any given time, we're out of stock on approximately 1% of all items in the Web site. Of course, in these situtations the shipping times do not apply. When we're out of an item you've ordered, we will let you know as soon as possible by Email. Typically, items remain out-of-stock for a maximum of a week unless the manufacturer is out-of-stock on the item.

All continental United States orders are shipped UPS Ground and most U.S. bound packages will arrive in 1-5 business days. (Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include holidays).

To find out the delivery time to your specific location, please consult the UPS DELIVERY ZONES MAP (new window), which gives delivery times from our warehouse in Arizona to all U.S. locations. Some larger and more fragile items may be drop-shipped from the manufacturer. If an Email address is provided, a UPS tracking number will be sent to you and using that number you can find out the exact date of delivery.

UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Packaging
The outside packaging is often recycled material and may have the name of the product you did not order. We do this because we believe in recycling and we also believe in saving money--a savings we pass on to our customers.

Occasionally, items may come in packaging that has been pre-opened. This does not indicated that the item has been pre-used, but only that the item was inspected at the warehouse for a variety of reasons that may include checking for damage and checking for the size of various inlets/outlets, etc.

We do not send a packing list with your order. Unless you have been notified otherwise, everything you ordered will be sent to you and all the items will be sent together and will arrive together, even if the order is in multiple packages.

Receipts
Receipts are automatically Emailed to customers who have provided their Email address when ordering. A printed receipt is provided with every order shipped.

Shipping Damage
We apologize greatly for any product that is damaged in shipment and will do everything possible to rectify the situation. To help us out with damaged products, please do the following: FOR SITUATIONS WHERE YOU ARE PRESENT WHEN UPS DELIVERS PRODUCTS IN A DAMAGED BOX
If you happen to be at the delivery site when UPS delivers your products, please look for dents in the packaging. If the dents seem severe, please refuse to accept the package on the grounds that it is damaged. Please Email us at info@aquarium-supply.biz WITHIN 72 HOURS. Inform us of the situation, and we'll ship you a replacement as soon as possible. In your Email, please let us know your order number and the damage to the packaging you observed.
FOR SITUATIONS WHERE YOU ARE NOT PRESENT WHEN UPS DELIVERS PRODUCTS IN A DAMAGED BOX
If you discover that the package has been dented, open the package and look for any damage to your product (cracks, dents, etc.). If the product is damaged, please please Email us at info@aquarium-supply.biz WITHIN 72 HOURS. Inform us of the situation, and we'll ship you a replacement as soon as possible. In your Email, please let us know your order number and the exact damage to the product. Please keep the packaging the product came in for five days as the UPS driver may pick up the damaged package and return it to Gina's Aquarium Supply.
FOR SITUATIONS WHEN THE BOX IS NOT DAMAGED, BUT THE PRODUCTS ARE DAMAGED
If you discover damage to your product (cracks, dents, etc.), please Email us at info@aquarium-supply.biz WITHIN 72 HOURS. Inform us of the situation, and we'll ship you a replacement as soon as possible. In your Email, please let us know your order number and the exact damage to the product. Let us know the cost of shipping the product, and we'll reimburse you for the shipping charges.

--IMPORTANT--
If we do not receive the damaged product from you within two weeks, we will have to charge you for the replacement. So, when you ship the damaged product back to us, it is very important that you insure the package and retain the tracking number. Both UPS and FedEx will provide insurance and tracking numbers.

Other Shipping Issues
All shortages and shipments where the wrong product was shipped must be reported within one week of receipt of the order. Check your order carefully to be sure you received the products you ordered.
